Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. If the wrong size is sent, you have 30 calendar days from the date shipped to customer to return or exchange your item. Items cannot be exchanged for a different item. Returned items will be given equal store credit via eGift card, which shall be attached to the customer's account. 

Eligible items

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it upon return for you to be eligible. Your item must be in the original packaging when returned.    

Store Credits 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your eGift card after inspecting the item. All eGift cards will be attached to the customer’s account.  

Shipping 

We will send you a shipping label to print and attach to you return package. Please following instructions when returning your item.

Starting a return or exchange

If you have items that are eligible, and you would like to start and return or exchange, send an email to support@divacise.com with the following information:
    • Name 
    • Email 
    • Phone number 
    • Return address 
    • Order number 
    • Brief description of the reason for return or exchange 
    • For exchanges, please list the requested item(s) to be substituted
