    Q: When will I receive my order? 

    A: 7-12 days if item is in stock. 

     

    Q: How do I make sure I order the right size? 

    A:  Please refer to the chart size below each product. 

     

    Q: How do I receive my credit? 

    A:  As soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will issue the credit. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding your credit. Credit typically take 5-7 business days to reflect back on to your account.  

    If you haven’t received your credit after 10 business days from the time your return was received at our warehouse, please let us know so we can further investigate the situation.  

     

    Q: What do I do if I received a defective order? 

    A: Send email to Divacise return email (support@divacise.comlisted on Divacise site and you will be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of email. Please view our return policy here.

    A: Order status can be tracked via USPS tracking number. 

     

    Q: How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? 

    A: Orders can only be changed, if the order has not already shipped. Please email us support@divacise.com
